    all this is one syn as used 2 table spoon of extra light mayo and rest natural fat free yog

    is it just the same with carrots,onions and cabbage with the oranges and apples?

    i think th only thing it might not have in is onions.. but it has cabbage, and carrots n stuff..

    Looks delicious. At one of our tasting sessions someone used cottage cheese instead of mayo, it was delicious and totally syn free. I think they must have seived the cottage cheese to get the lumps out.

    I used the natural yogurt but added the mayo for a bit nicer taste!

    You could use the Honestly smooth cottage cheese instead.


    Gemma - your coleslaw looks lovely! I did one too at the weekend with grated cabbage, spring onion, carrot, apple and celery and the extra light mayo and lemon juice. I had it with roast chicken and fresh beetroot for lunch yesterday and today. Yum!
