combining weekly points

Does anyone combine their 49 weeklies into their dailys ? Im on 26 per day but as i've stopped smoking I've discovered a real hunger and feel 26 is not enough at the moment . So I've decided that i Will divide the 49 into 7 days leaving me with 33pro points for the full day breaking this down into 5 smaller meals . Is this ok ? Have you tried and found it works better and did it effect your weightloss ?

Hey, tbh I use mine as + when. I've used 7 extra today cos I was hungry too. But normally I just save mine up. It should work as the plan is built for you to be able to eat all points + lose weight! Pod luck an well done for stopping smoking!!
 
i used all 49 last week in bits an pieces over the week and lost 2lb. i used about half this week and lost 3lb.

I think i will try to use about half each week. i never really blow them in one night i try to spread them over the week so i can bigger dinners etc
