plan for today
b - fruit - banana, plums,pear and hifi bar
l - sw quiche with hidden vg, wedges, chicken spag hoops
snack - 1 weetabix with the milk for the syns below 3syns
d - home made goujons (5 syns) jacket spud, salad, cheese hexa
syns - milk for tea 4

total syns 12

b - 28g rice crispies - 5.5syns milk, banana
l - pasta and sauce made with water, bacon cheese (other half of hex a)
d - roast turkey, parsnips, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, gravy 2 syns and a bit of stuffing
 
did not post yesterday but had a total of 15 syns. got 50 left for the week which is 10 a day...

b - prawns (on offer at tesco when i went in lol) and fruit later
l - couscous, salad cream light (2) turkey, salad
d - spag bol, free veg,

dessert yogurt, chocolate crispie thing made from home guessing 6 syns
snack weetabix and a bit of milk 3

Had a v naughty weekend. Will not enjoy weigh in this week. Have my colonoscopy next week so no fruit/veg/fibre/ red foods only chicken white bread pasta, mash cheese etc allowed from sat to wed so fingers crossed
