thanks hon, need to polish my halo went to tesco and really wanted chocolate but then remembered the syns tonight in the soup so bought a banana and a muller light
 
yeah ruined it at dinner though thought my rolls were a hex b nope they were the kingsmill 50/50 rolls and was soo hungry and pathetic that i had 2 with dinner guess approx 12 syns and one later as still hungry

total today

14.5 syns for soup
18 for bread
i really really really hope i have not blown it for the week!!! well will see tomorrow on weigh day
 
well weigh in was v good 4 off so rather pleased

b - 2 weetabix and a banana
snack elevensis bar 13 syns (but lovely)
l - jacket, super noodles low fat, tuna, 2 mini babybel (6 sysn)
d - chicken pasta lots of veg.

snacks through day lots of fruit :)

l - jacket spud, tuna, low fat supernoodles - will not have spread or cheese
d - beef stew with lots of super free veg. Will avoid the dumplings as making them in a separate pan.

Snack - fruit and water lol
 
Don't worry Ronne. You know you can pull it back, as seen at your last WI. Looks like you're main downfall is desert.. have a look at Honey's recipes, just been on there myself and there is some really yummy ones for cakes, sponges, etc.. Might be worth a try, to satisfy your sweet craving. Here is the link to help you:

l - left over stew (made his dumplings separate so mine is syn free)
d - jambalaya 2.5 syns
snacks fruit fruit and more fruit!!!!
 
Love jambalaya! Its now known as Jam bagger in our house however as my dyslexic OH wrote this on our shopping list ;)

I have a huge sweet tooth too, so will be keeping an eye on your diary x
 
add 3.5 to the above needed something sweet and had an alpen light bar :) mmmmm

d gammon, leek, mushroom, in white sauce with tagliatelle 3 syns for sauce, hex a for milk

well off to the hospital today for my annual crohns checkup

l - jacket, chicken, 26g half fat chedder half hex a, beans, fruit
d- pork chops, sw mash, carrots, yorkshire 3 syns
 
had some ice cream last night a scoop of vanilla

b - 2 weetabix, banana, milk, sweetener hex a and b
l - leftover mash, spag hoops, gammon, 28g half fat cheese 3 syns
d - home made burgers, beans, sw wedges (oh is having oven chips) and fruit to follow. having my treat tomorrow which is 36 syns but well worth it :)
 
They are happy with me, need a colonoscopy and another bone density scan to see if i have reversed my osteopaenia (SP) but have refused to allow me to have one for the last 2 years lol
