confused about the water..day 1 tomorrow :-\

Hi folks wondering if anyone can clear something up for me cos I'm looking everywhere and can't find the answer to this. Is the 2-3 litres of water in addition to the water you use to make up the packs or do they count towards it. I ordered the drink flavorings too, do we count them in or does it not matter? I'm doing the 4 packs a day cos I can't bear to look at my fat ass anymore! Lol
Any help is greatly appreciated...I can't wait to start!

It includes the water to make up the shakes, etc. There will be an information sheet included with your packs x

Are you guys on slim and save? Have you tried the drink powders?
