first week i lost 7 1b wahay !
second week one lb why ?
tomorrow is week 3 so im hoping its a better lose, so my question is if its near my monthly cycle would it make a difference to how much i will lose ?
feeling great though no headache and lots of energy which i need my son has special needs to lifes hectic and hes off poorly again

Sorry to hear your son is poorly, I hope he will be feeling better soon:hug99:

All I can say is everyone is different to how the weight comes off and it depends also on your starting weight, how active you are, age and height.

Most women around TOTM can gain a few pounds of water retention.

The main thing to remember is that the weight will come off...the guidelines are around a stone a month for TS you are over half way there already.

Good luck with weigh in tomorrow, I hope it is a good one and remember to do it first thing in the morning after the loo with no clothes on for the most accurate reading as your weight can fluctuate throughout the day.
