My new car is outside, its so dark but I'll get some pictures taken at weekend as were both off but I have to day it drives really nice & Brett says it looks the business.

Ooh can't do that, it'd feel like I was on duty hahaha, had to get petrol on the way home as don't think I'd have made it home, need to get some mats for it too and then just learn about it really. I need a name too but can't think of what to call her. Any got any suggestions? Xx

Hello Michele,
Sorry I've not replied sooner, the muffins are the scan bran carrot cake recipe on the website, I just omit the syrup so the recipe is 10 syns total or your hex & 4 syns.
As I'm not splitting my hex's this week I thought it'd be easier to just make them as muffins so I can just use it as snacks now.
Worth a go and take 25 mins to bake in the oven xx

I've looked out the window twice to check it still there. I feel like a big kid, I said to Brett last night its more exciting than booking a holiday and we really really love our holidays! wish I didn't have to work tomorrow then I could just play with it and stuff go out somewhere but that'll wait another day.

B = scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, ketchup (1), clementine
L = chilli chicken salad at gbk (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepperadew peppers, butternut squash, grilled chicken) chilli dressing (3)? 3 chips (2)
S = scan bran muffin (2), yogurt & fruit salad.
D = bacon pasta bake (mushrooms, courgettes, onion, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, herbs, quark, cheese hex a, bacon & gammon) carrots, broccoli, cauliflower.
A = Xmas pud hi fi bar (hex b), yogurt, banana. 2 munchies (1.5)
Total syns = 9.5
Tea is below, was suppose to be carbonara but the quark curdled, I then added tomatoes but it looked awful so I turned it into a pasta bake and it was delicious, had mine with extra veggies.

Right lovelies its time for bed. We've got our chief constable coming to Manchester at a hotel to talk to us. I'm hoping he'll have some good news but we'll see. If its dull I'll ponder some names for my little car or fall asleep, whatever I can get away with really

Just a quickie as I'm in work in a bit. Having a good day, woke up the car is still there looking all beautiful. Anyway I'm having an EE day:-
B = weetabix (hex b) skimmed milk (hex a), banana, grapes, raspberries & blueberries
L = salmon & egg salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, radish, peppers, beetroot,vinegar) mayo lighter light (1), yogurt & clementine
S = scan bran muffin (2), fruit salad & yogurt
D = gammon, giant couscous, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, butternut squash.
A = not sure yet maybe a hi fi light bar
