How is everyone today. The sunshine here is beautiful, makes such a lovely change to be off so I can appreciate it.  Had another very lazy morning in bed and then weaver been out shopping and a huge pub dinner so were both sat here relaxing with very full bellies, which means no cooking for me yay! 
Anyway I'll finish updating yesterday's food before I forget. 
Saturday was another SE day so that's 3 this week 
 
 
B = rhubarb (1), fruit, yogurt then a banana (not in pic) 
 
L = fruit (as not hungry)
 
S = cucumber, pickled onions, baby bel cheese (hex a), hi fi salted caramel (hex b) 
 
D = BBQ chicken (1) topped cheese (hex a), broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, butternut squash, gravy (2) 
A = rhubarb (1.5), fruit salad, yogurt, 
 
Total syns = 7.5 
 
 
Last night at 1am I had 4 crisps (2) it would've been worse but I didn't enjoy them thank goodness. I'm well within my syns i know but I really don't like this late night snacking though so I need to have words with myself!
