I'm having a rather bad craving for cookies...choc chip to be precise!

Any low syn recipes exist for such a treat? Have found a couple but 5 or 6 years old so not sure the syn values will be the same.

Syn values (in effect, calories) for things like flour, butter and chocolate don't really change so the syns for the recipes you found may still be accurate. Had to laugh though, read that as finding cookies that were 5 or 6 years old! Maybe if you share those recipes with us all on here, somebody can work out the syns to see if they're the same now? Would be great to find a low-syn cookie recipe. Maybe Pete (bilsat) has one, on the sticky thread above? Hope your craving didn't send you off the rails!
