cooking in batches

If I cook for freezer e.g. make a big pot of chill to freeze into portions, if the whole pot is 12 syns and I split it into 6 portions does that make it 2 syns per meal, and what if I use 1tbs oil HeEx for the whole pot, how does that work????

Yep, you just split it right down into portions - with the Oil, I'd say syn it rather than try to split up your HEx into the portions. Not sure how many syns it would be, but again I'm guessing not very many once you split it into portions again.

i believe that the hex oil is 6 syns if synned.
so i would just syn it and add the extra syn per serving so 3 syns per serving.
