Cooking with Oil

Hi guys I am doing a green day today and I'm gonna make a tomato based pasta sauce and stir in some tuna to have with Penne pasta. I intend to use olive oil and just syn it. Is that ok? It says to cook your healthy extra (tuna) without any oil or to use fry light but I have done this before and I didn't like the way it came out. So I can use olive oil right as a long as I syn it?

Yes, syn it, or you can have 1 tbsp of olive oil for a healthy extra B choice

I know but I do like the taste of Olive oil in my pasta sauce it just gives it a little something, something lol.

I am using the one for cooking which is ok because I am synning it. Thanks for info though.
