Coping during the TOTM!

Its day 2 for me on the Cambridge diet & also time of the month. I can barely stand my thighs r killin, I keep on going hot/cold and I just want to lie down. All I can think about is eating chocolate cake and having a huge bowl of pasta. (I usually get these cravings during the TOTM). :(

Otherwise I think im ok apart from the TOTM which is making me feel crap. :confused: If it wasn’t for that I would be ok but im not going to give up. I still have 1 more pack to have. Think ill hav it as late as possible!

Is the TOTM going to affect my 1st weight loss? Also how does every cope during the TOTM and sole-sourcing??

Hii! Im not sure about TOM and SSing, havent really noticed!!! You are most likely to be craving the food because your not in ketosis properly yet! Jus hold out, if need be go asleep early?? You wil feel so much better in the morning if you do, and the worst of it will be over soon! If you eat, think how bad youll feel that you have to start at square one? when you have reached your goal weight, then you can eat chocolate cake (in moderation) and not have to feel guilty or low....hope i helped!!:)

Hot baths, hot water bottles, a choccy shake, paracetamol, relaxing music.....anything but reach for the chocolate ! I would normally eat tons at PMS time but have used these other ways to cope since being on LL.
