Costco southern style chicken

Anybody have any idea of the syns in this? I don't have the box to hand but it's made by Kirkland. it's whole chicken breast so free on a red day but I'm wondering bout the coating.

Unfortunately it isn't showing up on syns online (ie the brand isn't recognised.)
If you put the nutrition info on here, someone could work it out for you, using the chicken as a free food. Are they precooked or raw? x

They're raw. I don't have the packaging anymore. I'll have to make a note when I'm next in. Thanks anyway. X
