Hi

What cottage cheese do you use? Is it only 'no fat' cottage cheese, or is low fat allowed? I presume I can't have a flavoured cottage cheese (she wishes!!)

Also, Total 0% do a split pot yoghurt with a small fruit compote, is that a tolerated item on cruise?

Still getting my head round it all - sorry!

no flavoured cottage cheeses are low enough... tescos value is the lowest you can get but you can flavour them yourself... never seen the total split yoghurts but probably too much fruit in it compared to other yoghurts that would be tolerated

Longley Farm virtually fat free cottage cheese is the lowest fat, 0.1g per 100g, followed by Tesco value and Asda smart price. Asda and Morrisons sell the Longley farm brand, you can also get it with chives and it has more protein than the Tesco or Asda ones.

As for yoghurt, Total )% is the lowest fat with the most protein but if you prefer a runnier yoghurt Onken fat free has only 0.1g of fat per 100g, both are great with sweetner and vanilla flavouring
