Read through Squiddies excellent thread about SW.
It summarises as eat as much as you like of all the red and green free food and include 1/3 of your plate as vegetables (except sweetcorn, peas, parsnips and any veg that isn't free on a red day) and fruit. Have 1 hex A and 1 Hex B and enjoy 5-15 syns a day.
Well I usually stick to green / red days. But now trying ee. If the book is from 2007 then it's probably not upto date. I think Ee is more recent than that.
I'm also doing it from home. Advice from this site is excellent.
