lol! Yeah, well, if you want to drink and stay in ketosis, I'd have to stress you had an "atkins day" and I mean seriously stuff your face with protein!

I agree that alcohol and vlcd cant be good for the health.

I'm going to go get drunk tomorrow, so I'll make a point of kicking myself out of ketosis because carbs soak up alcohol.
 
yep i agree with you there too!!!

i've found going into ketosis ok so if i have to come out for a night out then worth it im thinking!!! rather than end up in hospital because i couldn't handle the drink!!

omg no i wasnt condoning it, it just sort of happened with me i didnt go out with the intention of drinking.

well i am back, feeling very light, its amazing what the body can hold, i jumped on the scales and since monday its now 7lb gone, am feeling good,
now info on the irrigation: you are covered at all times the ladys are very professional nothing is on show at any time the pipe is no bigger than the width of your finger, and you only look if you want to as you have to turn your head to the side to see.
 
just had my bar, i love this time of day i really savour it,

i ran out of time for the jewellers, have to do that tomorrow, went drs again yawn, now just waiting for hubby to get home billy is going to my inlaws as he always does on a fri, i know hubby will eat the usual egg and chips there, my dillema is do i take my meal, or wait til i get home, oh what to do,

Haha!!!! I love the "nothing is on show" meaning, the only person who cant see your arse is you! :p

Its like when you go for a smear test and they give you that bit of tissue to "protect your modesty" - who are they protecting it from, exactly?

Teas cooking, Waitrose do fab bags of chopped beg individually for 1, so have dry fried that with shitake mushrooms to go with my spag vol, am looking forward to this.
 
day 5 completed
i have had:
red fruits shake
strawberry shake
choc truffle bar
spag bol, shitake mushrooms and mixed veg
 
just want to add after todays shenanigans and being on s&s for 5 days my waist has lost 1.5 inches,

Your doing sooo well! Hope I do too! Your dinner sounds yum! I had spaghetti Bol last night with two oven baked big mushrooms and then I dry fried some shallots to mix in with the spaghetti Bol! Literally addicted to the big mushrooms! Going to have two more tonight with my chilli :)

I am so glad I di measure now, I am going to.put them on my wall actually, this week has flow by I was so sure it would drag, Emma I think the mushroom adds like a meaty texture dontthey I am going to be adding them daily now, which one of you monkeys just outbid me on eBay lol x

just more s&s, got a bargain in the end lotstolose,

i have been browsing on there most of the morning am still in bed i feel lousy all achey and got blisters on my tonsils again, right rough night. there are some lush lipsy dresses on there

I've been in town and back got cleaning (boring) and getting ready to go clubbing

Oh I love the lipsy dresses there's going to be loads in my wardrobes :)
 
thats what i need to do go down and get the housework done then come back to bed and chill, kevs going to go and get billly i am just staying at home today, mind you i still have to go to post office sold my daughters prom dress on ebay will have to do that monday now.
am just having my lush hot cafe latte it could be my fave apart from the hazelnut, i still have to try thr choc shake.
 
Sounds like a nice relaxing day, I'm not really in mood for cleaning today but I'll drag myself to it lol might burn some more calories off lol

Got to curl my extensions as well ready for later

I've not tried crispy choc yet got to do it, I've just had my cottage pie for dinner 2 packs done 2 more to go before I go out at 5.30-6
