DAY 16..
Had a slip at dinner last night but straight back on the path today.
Still got the smelly breathe hope that's a good sign..
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Lunch: Strawberry shake
Late Afternoon: Cookies and Cream...yuk...lucky I only ordered two and that was my 2nd one...no more
Dinner: 70g of lean pork, 200g of salad lettuce and cucumber
Done my 3 litres of water too..
