Countdown begins

I just want to get rid off as much as again before the hopeful good news of being pregnant as we are now trying again...

Seem to have mixed up my days along the way...

TODAY is DAY 23

so far

Breakfast: Banana Shake

Midmorning Snack: Mini Babybel ligh with a cuppa green tea

Just popping out to the shops on my return will be doing DAY 2 of the 30DAY shred :)

DAY 23

Finding it hard to believe that after my day off I could possibly still be in ketosis.

Breakfast: Banana Shake
Snack: Mini babybel light

That's all I've had so far..

I've prepped my dinner all ready to each shortly:

Dinner: 80g beef, 150g white cabbage & 50g petite pois..

Still need to have 2 SnS meals so will probably have a shake and bar as a dessert...

Feeling good all in all...Counting down to my 4th weigh in.

Ordered my next moths supply so waiting on them to arrive any day now :)

DAY 24

Breakfast: Chocolate Shake

Snack: Mini Babybel light

Lunch: Chocolate Mint Shake

Dinner: 80g Cottage cheese & 200g of salad

Evening Snack: Vanilla Shake made with 150ml of semi-skimmed milk

Completed day 3 of 30 day shred...feeling good

Looking forward to weigh in

Breakfast: Mint Choc

Lunch: Spag bol & mini babybel light

Dinner: 80g grilled chicken & 200g of Salad

Still to have one shake most likely be a Vanilla Shake made with my 150ml of milk

Today didn't do my 30 Day shred giving the thighs a break

No picture of dinner today forgot to take one
 
Sounds like a good day today. I think I'm going to be doing the 30 day shred every other day, due to water retention, time and being bloody knackard!!
 
I am with you on that every other day or 3/4 times a week.

We still want to be dropping the pounds
 
YESTERDAY DAY 26 didn't have a chance to update

Lunch: Strawberry shake

Dinner: 100g beef, 200g of Salad

I had such a busy day I forgot about having another shake and my milk allowance...

Yesterday went on a hike with hubby and my lil sis who's visiting felt good.

2 days to weigh in and jumped of scales today and no movement :(

Breakfast: Mint Chocolate Shake


Then took a hike with hubby and visiting lil sis


LUNCH: Vanilla Shake with 150 semi skimmed milk


Dinner: BBQ: 50g chicken 50g beef and 200g of salad


Evening Snack: Chocolate Shake.


Finger crossed for Tuesday weigh in :)
 
I must admit the morning after bday I stepped on the scales and I had gain 2lbs so althou I MAY record my weight as staying the same I know tht I got rid of the 2lb gain am I am back at my Monday weigh in figures.

Sister is leaving on Thurs...so still got sometime with her..its been nice having her around

Evening Snack: Red Fruits


Tomorrow is weight in day

WEIGH IN

RESULTS STS...I would have loved a loss of course but it was Bday & Anniversary probably took me out of ketosis.

Still going to keep going glad I didn't have a gain.

Lyndzi at least you stuck to the packs and didn't indulge else where....
 
Atleast it's not a gain and you did have a lovely meal x x

I am not unhappy with weigh in results as I know the reason it happened...plus its not a gain which is FAB
