Countdown begins

Glad ur feeling better. I didn't order any bars this time round as I felt last time they didn't fill me up as much but wish I had as when I'm out and about a bar wld be far handier. Not been brave enough to try green tea yet. Ive just stuck to peppermint.

Thanks Hunca,

I am one of those weird people who actually enough green tea....but now that mention i dont mind a peppermint. Does peppermint have any calories?

The bar was okay...i put it down to hopefully being in ketosis.

I have no idea if peppermint tea has any calories  I just know that we r allowed it (I asked on live chat over at sns) and its caffeine free.
P.S just googled it and now its calorie free and we can have as much as we like :D

Bless!

Thanks for checking that...

Think I'll make my self one now...

drinking theses teas helps with the fluid consumption. Especially in a nice biggish mug :)

Thanks,

It was actually very tasty but the chicken stew with rice I made hubby smelt really gd...lol

However I enjoyed mine...but half way thru was feeling full up...

Yeah, I've been having my protein meal since I started the plan.

I was dubious if it would work as well as having shakes all day.

My 1st weeks results have show it works and I enjoy it too thinking of what to have and the little time ot take to make my dinners has made me feel normal...if you know what I mean..

I was dubious also about the protein meal so I stayed clear. Will keep on with my pack but I'll definitely bear in mind the protein meal after your results x x

I must mention on top of the protein I have also been having the required 150ml of semi-skimmed meal.

I guess that's the good thing with SnS you pick what works best for you...if you find one hard try the other.

Looking 4ward to your 1st week results....keep 100%..its worth it

I'm going to remain 100% just to see what this bad boy can do. Secretly I'm hoping for a a double figure loss but I'll be happy with half a stone.

Hope that's not too much to ask for.

I don't think it is...but don't be disappointed if its not as every1s body is different.

I just know that the losses on SnS are a lot more than conventional diets as long as you do the plan and the reefed all will okay

i'm enjoying s&s better this time round doing the occasional protein meal but I do have vegetables every day and find I have no toilet issues this time lol
