If it's the gluten-free ones they are delicious...

I was able to buy as much as I wanted.
That's the one, I didn't know they were gluten free. Just scoffed them without really looking at the box! Very tasty though :)

Hi there.
Looks like you're going great-guns with your food choices.

Just wanted to clarify about something you wrote on Day 1...
If you only have one Hifi Bar....you can count that as a 'Speed' food...you certainly don't need to syn it, unless you've already had your quota of Healthy Extra B choice.
Hope that clears things up for you.

I always save one of my Hifi bars for a little chocolate fix in the evening.

I think the official line from SW is that you're not really supposed to....but I have done it quite a few times and it hasn't affected my weight loss. I sometimes do it with my HEA too....so have 1/2 milk and 1/2 cheese allowances.
