Never heard of this. I do it with roasted vegetables thats about as close as I get

For the roast couscous
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
100g/3½oz couscous
½ red pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
150ml/5½fl oz hot fish stock
½ orange, finely grated zest and juice
2 tbsp fresh peas
small handful fresh mint, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2. For the roast couscous, pour the olive oil and sesame oil into a small saucepan, add the couscous and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the red pepper and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Spoon into a bowl, add the fish stock, orange juice and zest, peas and mint, stir and then cover with cling film and leave for four minutes. Fluff up with a fork and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
