    Hiya,
Please can someone tell me the points values for plain couscous? I assume it's a bit like pasta and you get

    x grams for 1pt
xx grams for 2pts etc etc.

Any help greatly appreciated and please can you say whether it is cooked/dry weight that you are referring to so I don't get confuddled?!

    Thanks loooooads :)

As long as you've pointed it correctly from the box as in it was for so much cooked/uncooked then definitely go by the box :) xx

it didn't say cooked or uncooked hummmmm

i added water with a stock cube in it, a great way to gove it taste without adding oil etc

I'm going to switch to bulgar wheat as it's not starchy, looking at my couscous one it's processed semolina which can not be good really
