Cracked...

Well after 8 days on S&S I was feeling very hungry and cracked... had a slice of ham.

I'm not going to beat myself up about it though as it's Protein, and at the end of the day I have a high starting weight so the extra 50 calories or whatever it is I don't think are going to make a massive difference to anything!:)
 
I snack on ham all the time it keeps me sane! i buy wafer thin and each slice is 12 calories and the way i look at it is, its a good choice and a choice that will keep me on track.
seriously dont stress over it.
 
Defo not the worse choice you could have made hun. I've had a few slip ups since starting but still lost every week. As long as you get straight back on plan afterwards you will be fine X
 
Try not to worry too much... I have sliced chicken in the fridge at all times for when i'm wanting a nibble!!!
