Saturday 12th Feb​

Red Day

Breakfast Beans (200G 8 syns not used to red days and didnt realise they werent free on red owch!!) Egg, mushrooms 2 toast (HXB 1) black coffee

Lunch Shepherds pie with lots of veg and gravy (1.0 syn)

Tea Chicken legs with skin taken off, slimming world free quiche, salad, beetroot, grapes

Snacks satsuma, 2 asda jaffa cakes (4 syns) diet lemonade, diet coke, 2 dbl vodka (10 syns), ?? guessing 4 dbl gins (20 syns) did stop counting after 2 tho so its just a guess, i always go off plan with alcohol!!

Total syns 43 syns

Sunday 13th Feb​

extra easy

Breakfast Yogurt, black coffee, juice

Lunch Salad,slimming world quiche, potato salad, extra light mayo (0.5 syns)

Tea Shepherds pie, veg, gravy (1.0 syn) fruit salad

Snacks 2 x toast (HXB) 42G reduced fast cheddar (HXA)

Total syns 1.5

Monday 14th Feb​
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

Breakfast banana, yogurt, black coffee,juice

Lunch Salad, Ham, beetroot, potato extra light mayo (0.5 syns) 42G red fat cheese (HXA) fruit salad

Tea Shepherds pie, veg, gravy (2 syns) fruit salad

Snacks HIFI bar (HXB) tea dash milk (0.5 syn) 2 fish fingers (3 syns) 14G red fat cheese (2 syns), 2 dbl vodka (10 syns) 3 flutes pink fizz (??? 20 syns approx) sooo naughty but soo nice and it was a gift so how could i resist!!!! :) :)

Total syns 38 syns oops.....

So not expecting much for weigh in tonight..... really hope I don't have a gain as I have been good thru the week and have had some very low syn days.....
 
HOOORAY!!!

Dunno how I did it but lost 5 pound in a week :) giving me my 2 stone award so so happy those red days must have paid off!!! :) :) :) Ive also been to zumba tonight for 1st time which was soooo much fun!!! XX

Seriously well done, what an amzing loss!! Ive always wanted to do Zumba but its so expensive round my way! I have a dvd of it but it's not the same! lol xx
 
Thanks hun I was so shocked at class, I nearly fell right off the scales!! :) I didnt even get slimmer of the week cos I had a gain the previous week... never mind!!

hey hun!!

Yes im looking forward to this weekend although it will be a busy one!! Ive got to make my sisters bday cake, a batch of cookies, go to OHs aunties, dye my hair, clean the flat, then out for our meal!! So the romantic part will just be in the evening!

EXTRA EASY

Brunch 2 x toast (HXB) tinned spagetti, black coffee with sweetner

Tea Chilli con carne (extra lean mince, chilli, garlic, baked beans, kidney beans, onion, tinned toms, pasatta, herbs) with homemade potato and sweet potato chips with 21G reduced fat cheese (1/2 HXA) followed by homemade slimming world choc cake made with scan bran - wasnt amazing but craved my sweetness and with milk from HXA (125mls semi skimmed milk) it was better

Snacks Mugshot, yogurt, fruit cocktail, crab sticks, coffee, juice, homemade choc cake 2.0 syns for portion

Total syns 2.0

Managed a gym session on my break at work :) ready for the weekend got lots of syns left!!! :) :)
