Creeping back in

    Hey everyone,
    well I'm back with my tail between my legs, I haven't posted since Friday and I had a bit of a bad weekend, Friday I was starving so did have somehthing to eat, was pleased I didn't eat anywhere what I would of normally though, Saturday I got up with all good intentions but by the evening I had been invited out it's not normally something I can do so I went out drank a bit too much and had something to eat coming home :(
    Sunday I did great, yesterday I was feeling so poorly full of cold, so had dinner with my boys, I almost cancled my weigh in, but decided if I did I would probably never go back, but I shockingly list 1.5lb and here I am today on day 1 Of 100% ss again and determined to stick to it all week

    You can do it! Just by starting again, you are already beating the eating monsters (as I call them-they lurk in all sorts of unexpected places) Good luck for the week! xx
