Hello Trusty WW.

Day one hasn't been a roaring success but I shan't give up!

Had been planning on doing the fast track (20 points for me) but I've been very hungry today so have gone over my limit of 24 (OH cooked dinner).

I'm gonna need all your low-point but filling food tips please folks :D

Good idea about the soup, make a big pot of free stuff and have it before your meal so you feel fuller

you can alter this but

2 carrots
200-250g of turnip
onion
celery
garlic clove
tomato paste 1 tbsp
mixed herbs 1 tsp
2 tins of chopped tomatos
and vegetable stock

i dont make it the same but think i have the right things from the book

i make it minis the garlic change the celery to leeks and it yum too
also make it minis the tomatos also good
any 0 point veggies to be honest work well hope that has helped a little the weight watcher sites has oter 0 point soup recipes and i also think there is some here in the recipe section xx
