hi welcome back and well done for restarting

i find the ww frozen meal very helpful and soup before every meal helps loads fills u up so u dont need to eat so much u can make ur main meal smaller x

Good idea about the soup, make a big pot of free stuff and have it before your meal so you feel fuller

you can alter this but

2 carrots
200-250g of turnip
onion
celery
garlic clove
tomato paste 1 tbsp
mixed herbs 1 tsp
2 tins of chopped tomatos
and vegetable stock

i dont make it the same but think i have the right things from the book

i make it minis the garlic change the celery to leeks and it yum too
also make it minis the tomatos also good
any 0 point veggies to be honest work well hope that has helped a little the weight watcher sites has oter 0 point soup recipes and i also think there is some here in the recipe section xx
