Cruise - Flavouring question

Hi all

I went out tonight to Sainsbury's to buy some flavourings - for yoghurt and for baking.
I did try to get non-alcohol etc, but wasn't possible so just went ahead and bought 4 of the regular alcohol/oil based ones (vanilla, lemon, almond & strawberry)

I realise these aren't strictly Dukan-friendly, but as I'm intending to use just 1 or 2 drops in a yoghurt once or twice a day max, I'm hoping this shouldn't make a difference. (I'm on my 3rd week of cruise and doing fairly well - 10kg left to lose by November)

Thoughts? Would love some advice from someone whose used these or similar?

make sure you use the tiniest of amounts if you see a stall just address this could be a factor ...to be honest different thinks stall different people
