curry club!...

hi just joined and im abit confused as to what im actually doing, slowly gettin hang of it, just wanted to ask if anyone knows the syn value in wetherspoons curries, im going there on thursday for the curry club and i can manage to stay away from the naan bread and popodums etc... but just wanna know the best curry to have? if anyone can help thankyou alot!...

The naan, poppadoms and mango chutney will be a fairly big part of those syns.

I couldn't see any more currys though.

thanks gives me a rough idea cause like ya said if ya take the extras out (naan bread etc) shouldnt b too bad syn wise well for a meal out anyhow!..

I have just had a look online and they have a New Chicken Bhuna curry which seems the better choice as its tomato based sauce instead of a masala sauce. I would pick that one or the lamb rogan josh.
