I'm in a very quiet team and posting to myself alot! Can I join your little gang- you all seem so motivated. Is it allowed to defect into another team?!

Weighing in at tea time tonight and I think thats a good time to move over- will you have me?

Started in Jan at over 24 st did the 12 week count down and lost 2 stone and left and over the summer put almost every pound back on! Started again on 4th August and now lost 2 stone again! Hoping to wave goodbye to the twenties and get into the teens by xmas. I am 41 and have three lovely kids 8,10 and 11. Middly has significant mental health probs and ADHD so it's never a dull moment in our house!

You made it just in time, as we have talked about capping the number of members. So it's more personal and we can all get to know each other better.

Well done on your losses so far!!! I joined 12 week ago at over 24stone, lost 2 stone so far and would love to loose another 2 for Christmas!!

Am off sick today and WI is at 7.30.

Am drinking loads of water but will stop 30 mins before I go so I can 'go'.

Hope it's not a false result as last time I was this sick I lost 8lbs!!!
