Day 5 done, onto day 6 today! People have already been commenting that I look different, but they cant quite work out what it is. My mum noticed straight away, bless her, and shes made up for me.
I had chocolate cereal shake-vile!-chillie, and a praline chocoate bar which was nice. Then had an omlette for dinner but I put too much spinach in ,and it too was vile.Bleurgh, never mind.I filled up on water last night, so no hunger pangs.
Today I've had vanilla cereal shake-vile too, I think its the bits I object too. Going to make chicken fajhitas tonight from my protein and veg allowance. I'll wrap everything up in lettuce leaves rather than having tortillas! I'm enjoying being able to eat normal food with my family.
Have been re-reading Neris and Indias idiot proof diet, and thinking I might use their techniques for maintenance. We'll see when I'm closer to goal. Got to order more packs now, getting low.
Really hope I have a good loss my first week. x
