I've done LOTS of temp work and never been taken on permanent 
they like the fact they don't owe you anything (worked in HR) so know the score on that one.......

RegimeDukan.com is the premier French site for personalised slimming coaching; it has been developed on the principals of the Dukan Diet by Dr Pierre Dukan. TheDukanDiet.co.uk is our English site aimed at selling our products and services to English markets.
As part of the development of our activities in the English market, we are looking for a person (m/f) to join out Client Services team in a full time capacity at our Paris office (75008).
Initially the post would involve giving telephone support for our English clients from the Paris office. The position has the potential to develop and lead to further opportunities within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answering telephone queries and giving telephone support to our English members.
- Receiving queries by email and giving email support in return.
- Prospecting new members by telephone and email.
- Management of frequently asked questions (FAQ database).
- Selling our products and services to our English members and prospects.
- Analysing and presenting to our English members, products and services based on their requirements and needs.
- Payment follow-up and recovery of non-payments.
Qualifications :
- Complete knowledge of the Dukan Diet method.
- Fluent in English - preferably mother tongue.
- Good client service skills, confident, empathetic and effective communication skills.
- At least 6 months experience in client service, back-office or administration.
- Ability to write and reply to emails.
- Motivated and thorough with a good knowledge of Client Relation Management (CRM) systems and other desktop office tools.
- Comfortable with working on the internet and using online forums and other social media.
- Knowledge of online diet and nutrition sites would be a bonus.

Hello all... NOTHING TO DO AT THE DENTIST (that was worth shouting about!!)... just a bit of a clean and I was home by 7pm!
I've transciptions to do (witness statements of foreigners speaking English, aaaaah), so I'm going to be somewhat absent until lunch time (if ever the person from the main off turns up with proper "block your ears from disruptions" headphones, else I'm not doing it with my Ipod ones!!). I'll be back over lunchtime to catch up...
