B yogurt
L boiled egg and yogurt
D mince with chilli spice and a galette
if i get hungry some beef or ham slices
 
Newbie here! Whats a galette?

Hiya
a Galette is basically an oatbran pancake
1.5 tablespoons oatbran
1.5 tablespoons fromage frais

1 egg
and you can put spice , salt or sweetener on it I havent yet buck they taste fine and it uses up the oatbran you are supposed to have each day
 
B - oatbran porridge
Sn - toffee muller light
L - (at Jamie's Italian) chicken (was naughty and ate the skin) in a tomato chilli and olive sauce with rocket, beetroot and carrot
D - Baked river cobbler with garlic, courgette, tomatoes. Rhubarb crumble and vanilla yoghurt
Sn - Chicken leg, ham slices

Yes I know I'm terrible for snacking!!!
 
PV day

B - galette with spices, coffee with skimmed milk
L - chicken with tomatoes and peppers, fromage blanc
S - crabsticks with lemon, tomatoes and yogurt dip
D - 2 egg ham and mushroom omelette with an extra white, yogurt
 
Not sure yet,
Breakfast is boiled eggs
but we are off to Dingwall (small town) so will be able to get oatbran, am v. excited lol, whats the bets the ebay stuff will come today lol? never mind at least I will have it stock piled .
 
rhubarb crumble?

Indeedy stewed rhubarb with a little bit of oatbran and sweetner sprinkled on top. It was more sweet oaty stodge as it soaked up the juice from the rhubarb but still very tasty

B porridge made with water and a splash of skimmed milk then mixed a yogurt into it
L cold meats cottage cheese mini quiches
D steak and chicken bbq yogurt

Snack sf jelly and giant pepsi max at the cinema (the popcorn smell almost had me cracking).

D - roast chicken with lemon and thyme and salad

ex - 20 mins step, shake weight, claudia schiffer abs and davina aerobics :S
