B 1/2 slice dukan toast with poached egg

d chicken got another reduced one this morning so thats on lol

B coffee (should have been some yog and bran but morning has slipped away)
L chicken, meatloaf and yog
D Omelette, from frais if req
 
PP today and tomorrow for me....

TODAY -
b - yoghurt and granola
s - coffee and custard
l - tuna, mayo and dukan bread (yummo)
s - yoghurt
s - custard
d - salmon and white herb sauce

TOMORROW -
b - bircher muesli (oatbran mixed with yoghurt night before)
s - coffee
l - tuna, mayo and dukan bread (love this)
s - coffee and maybe a protein bar? (going out to cafe with friends, its a precaution and low carb and low fat)
d - maybe tuna steak with dukan mustard sauce or the salmon again?
 
Oh no! I ate a parsnip on Sunday. Didn't realise that they were banned. Oops! :eek:
Not banned cos not mentioned, but given that carrots are "once a day" in Cruise, and parsnips are far higher in carbs, I have an occasional treat only!

DOH! My officemate does actually - says she gets more points on her loyalty card in so doing!

Yesterday's menu:
B: Half a cinnamon galette
L: 4 leftover meatballs with quark & mint dip and a couple of slices home cooked lean ham
D: Cod fillet baked in foil parcel with herbs and green beans.
S: rest of galette
 
OK today for me on PV
Up early to walk to work (4.5km quickest route)

Breakfast - muffins with smoked fish in

Lunch - salmon + three veg (had courguette, broccoli and mushrooms). Added extra piece of salmon from my handbag(!) cos they're mean!)
Fat free fromage blanc (amazing that they sell that!)

Snack - 1/3 sachet sugar free jelly

Dinner - caramelised onions (frylite, onions + sweetener) and chicken livers served with lettuce, cucumber and a couple of small tomatoes
coffee flavoured baked egg custard

PV day today
B yogurt 1/2 bran
L chicken, last of meatloaf and pickled veg
D beef stew(with onion celery and mushroom in) and broccoli - remembered to turn slow cooker on this week.

L - dukan bread, tuna mayo ( open sarnie), served with capsicum, tomatoes and beetroot
S - yoghurt and cinnamon+ coffee
D - going to make veg goulash; toms, celery, onion carrot and aubergine with basil, oregano, garlic and curry powder. Sauce I will freeze into portions so I can add any protein I like to it. Tonight will be white fish
 
Good idea Bren ref portioning and freezing sauce. Must do same cos can't usually be bothered evenings with making sauces!

Hoping to walk to work - if it doesn't start raining between now and my departure in 30 mins!

Lunch - smoked chicken, soft boiled egg, two slices roast chicken sandwiched together with a fat free garlic cube of cheese (like Boursin - lush!)

dinner - BIG sirloin steak :D

Yesterday for me:

L: Meatballs, though realised they weren't the asian ones from the book, they were beef with rosemary & mint, with a quark mint dip.
D: Same as lunch - not great really, but I should have frozen the leftover meatballs but I didn't and they needed eating up.
S: Rest of galette
 
Pp day, will make an effort on reporting quantity too...
B ww yogurt(120g) and spoon of bran, big skim cappuccino
L tin tuna 130g drained weight, ww yogurt spoon of bran,
D omelette (2 whole eggs & a White), 3 bigspoons of from frais, sachet of sweetner
 
Sauce was divine! I put 6 prawns into a non stick fry pan, with an egg and had that onto of the sauce. Then froze 2 portions.

D: Ginger, Chilli & Lime Chicken
S: Rest of galette, perhaps some 0% greek yoghurt too if necessary
