For yesterday:

B: Half cinnamon galette
L: Pre cooked roast chicken, 1 1/2 fillets honey smoked mackerel, 2 triangles x light laughing cow, 2 pickled gherkins & a few small pickled onions
D: Non Dukan Thai meal (see diary if you want gory details!)
S: Rest of galette.

D: Couple of crab sticks, sirloin steak and prawns in quark sauce & rest of galette
S: Sweetened greek yoghurt

salmon with onion, cabbage and capsicum in the pan. A little FF mayo on the side and soy sauce on the veggies, and a d/coke

only had the bar because I went for a walk with a friend at 6 and didnt get home until 8pm, then had dinner!

nearly 3 ltrs of water today too.

No still Dukan babes, but had a bar as I didn't want to crack atte supermarket. It's hard dieting in summer I must admit. My ideal weekend involves, wine and cheese platter out at a winery or pub on a hot arvo!

Bircher muesli (oatbran and yoghurt)
Coffee
Dukan bread, tuna and mayo
Berry yoghurt
Coffee
Salmon and white sauce

2.5 ltrs of water, 20 mins weights, 30 mins on the bike, 300 sit-ups and 10 mins jogging on the spot!
 
300 sit ups? I can't do one!!

My PP day today
55 mins fast walk to work, my second quickest route

Breakfast - muffins made with oatbran/wheatbran and smoked fish
Lunch - salmon, prawns, poulet, fat free yoghurt
Snack - sugar free jelly
Dinner - 2 x 100g 5% fat burgers with (dry) fried egg on top

Strange menu today and tomorrow - friend changed lunch date on me so I'm PP/PV today, and PV/PP tomorrow DUH!

My PP/PV day today
55 mins fast walk to work, my shortest route + detour!

Breakfast - muffins made with oatbran/wheatbran and smoked salmon
Lunch - 75g cooked salmon, few prawns prawns, poulet leg, fat free yoghurt
Snack - sugar free jelly
Dinner - cod and prawns (poached in a little skimmed milk and cumin) served with white cabbage and sprouts - windy city!

Another strange menu from me today - cos of friend changing yesterday's lunch date on me so I'm PV/PP today DUH!

Lunch - out for salmon (steamed) with courguettes, broccoli and leeks

L: 3/4 Mince frittata inspired by the first post on the recipe thread - very yummy and filling.
D: Sainsburys shelves were empty so 1 fillet smoked mackerel, 1 fillet peppered smoked mackerel & remaining quarter of frittata.

Friday PP
5km walk fast in the cold!

Breakfast - no muffins sniff... turkey marinated in garlic and a soft boiled egg

Lunch - some smoked chicken, roast beef, chicken leg
fat free yoghurt

Snack - 1/3 sugar free jelly sachet

Dinner in car - muffins, 3 crabsticks
pud on arrival - baked egg custard!

How are you coping without muffins Jo? I didn't think I'd ever see the day! ;)

Mince frittata:
Half a pack of lean mince (about 250g)
1 small onion sliced
1 red chilli finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Paprika, cayenne, cinnamon & black pepper
Dollop quark
2 eggs lightly beaten

Fried off the mince onion chilli & garlic until the mince is browned and the vegetables are softened, add in the spices to taste.

Take off the heat and stir in the quark till it’s melted in and everything is well coated.

Mix in the eggs and pour into a 20cm round cake tin & flatten out.

Bake at about gas 6 for 20 – 25 minutes.

Allow to cool and wrap in foil.

I lined the tin with baking paper to help it come out a bit easier which I think was a good idea. I imagine this would be quite nice straight out of the oven too, but it was delicious cold too and made a nice change for lunch.

Delicious, and filling, and easy to transport. Thinking of doing this again tonight for dinner and seeing how it is warm. Technically there's probably too much onion in it for a PP day, but you could add in other vegetables for a PV day - maybe some peppers/mushrooms.
 
Looks lovely Emma... to be honest, I have survived a morning without muffins quite well... but it's not easy eating cubes of turkey and a boiled egg while working (as I discovered!!).
