Had a little sheet pastry on a quiche today wasnt much but I feel guilty...... :(

salmon and eggs mini quiche x 1 (then left the other two as wasnt hungry)
4 x mini choc muffins, dukan ones (used my 4 Tsp of oat bran allowance, vege I am..)

About 1.7ltr of fluids now.

chicken livers (italian recipe with toms, chilli)

crab sticks
game casserole

D Hungarian minced steak, 2 toffee muffins

Someone's gotta ask... tell us about these Dukan toffee muffins please! (and how you got FOUR out of your ration!)
 
Dee - are you eating enough? It's hard to tell without quantities, but you need to be eating a minimum of 1-1.5g of protein per kilo you weigh...

I see you started on October 4, but you don't have a signature for us to read (perhaps go to "User CP" top right of page). Are you struggling?

And remember veggies/salad on both meals of a PV day...
 
I'm on a PP day today, pure Dukan for a change, so here's my menu:

5.8km walk
Breakfast - Dukan muffins with cube of smoked fish in bottom of each

Lunch - tupperware with small quantities of each of salmon, smoked chicken and chicken (DOUBLE chicken Sarah!!)
fat free yoghurt

5pm - sugar free jelly (1/3 sachet)

Dinner - 2 x 100g 5% fat burgers with dry fried egg on top
coffee flavoured baked egg custard

It would be my pleasure to introduce you to them as they are incredibly delicious and filling!

Actually, I thought I'd got the recipe from here, but perhaps not. I just copy and paste any I see on the Internet and lose track of where I found them.

Anyway, this is from a recipe which I believe originated on the official Dukan site for Vanilla Moist Cake. However, I use silicone muffin tins and still manage to get 8 muffins (not mini ones either) out of it. These provide your oat bran and wheat bran rations for 2 days, so you get to eat 4 each day - yum!

4 tblsps oat bran
2 tblsps wheat bran
6 tblsps skimmed milk powder
4 eggs
3 tblsps Quark
1 fat-free yoghurt (I use a toffee Mullerlight, but vanilla is good, too)
4 tblsps sweetener
1 tsp baking powder

I also add a few drops of vanilla and nut flavourings.

Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat with a whip. Pour into silicone muffin tins (should make 8) and cook at 180C until they are ready. It usually takes about 18-20 minutes in my oven.

Think I am eating loads...certainly not skimping.
Must try the toffee muffins they sound lovely, better than the ones I have made so far which just taste eggy.
I cannot add my weight loss yet as my home scales are useless. I will be weighed by my GP next week so should have some idea. But I have to say I am feeling great!
Today plan to have -
Oatmeal porridge
ham salad
cottage pie with squash mash (as seen on Nigel Slater last night)
also SF jelly and yogurts.

L Tuna, Cucumber, yogurt with other half bran
D Leek and mushroom omlette

Been a bit of a dull dull week foodwise but i'm not unhappy with it.
