Daily menus

B: half galette
L: 1/3 roast chicken with bbq sauce, quarter yoghurt cake
S: rest of galette
D: 220g turkey luc lac
S: bowl sweetened greek yoghurt with half muller on top
 
Yesterday I had:
PP
B - two egg plain omelete
S - chicken breast
L - pack of prawns (a big pack)
S - muller light
D - home made tandoori chicken (two breasts) with no fat yoghurt and dukan cake with cheesecake topping made with extra light Philly (as I had no quark) vanilla and splenda (had major sweet tooth)

Today I have had:
PP
B- vanilla muller light with two tbsp oatbran
S- small tin of tuna in brine
L- went to nandos and had butterfly chicken breast (scraped skin off)
D - three egg omelete with tuna and Cajun spices (loving Cajun spices at the mo)

Had a bit of a boring day today.... Also had two PP's in a row so I can have PV on my date tomorrow :)

L - Tuna in spring water, and red onion
S - Sugar free jelly
D - Fresh cod grilled and lemon juice

I also roasted a chicken and have been picking at that throughout the day
 
so yesterday i had:

b: fat free yoghurt, sweetened with stevia, oatbran

l: chicken gyros (i made myself) with home made tzatziki, a bowl of salad (lettuce, peppers, cabbage, cucumber)

d: salmon medallion studded with garlic and rosemary and then steamed

s: boiled egg without yolk

today is PP :-(
 
For yesterday:
B: cinnamon galette, sweetened greek yoghurt
L: 200g chilli mackerel
D: chicken & veg (thai green)
S: more yoghurt

And today:
B: missed
L: bowl butternut squash & leek soup, 100g smoked mackerel
S: cinnamon galette
D: 2 chicken breasts dry fried with half a roast butternut squash & possibly some of mum's bbq sauce

I'm loving chicken at the moment I have a feeling I may start sprouting wings!!!

Ooh, I love this thread - seeing what people eat is like looking in people's shopping trolley's in the supermarket!! very interesting!
Yesterday (day 2) attack:
B - cinnamon galette (yum)
L - 4 chicken drumsticks with tikka spices, vanilla muller + boiled egg
D - smoked salmon, sea bass fillet (with coriander, lemongrass, garlic and chilli) + 4x king prawns (with lime, coriander and ginger). sweetened greek yoghurt.

all delish.
Today planning Jerk flavoured drumsticks for lunch, then homemade burgers for dinner :)
 
B- 2 Boiled Eggs with 2 celery sticks
L-Tin of tuna, tomato and mushroom
S- 2 crab sticks
D- Fish pie type thing (basically fish in white sauce!) with some veg. Either rhubarb crumble with yogurt, or rhubarb and yogurt and then some of those biscuits on another thread!
 
B - dry fried onion,tomato, red pepper, runner beans, with a bit of water to finish. 4 sticks asparagus, with 1 egg omelette and a yogurt.

L - oat bran blinis, prawns in garlicky quark with chopped watercress, balsamic vinegar.

D- venison steaks, asparagus, carrots. Mushroom and garlic sauce with herbs, Fromage fr. Fruit Yogurt. (I've a friend coming over and this seemed like a special meal but still Dukan, may get him a different pud, tho they often sell nice ones in pairs and I don't want the left over one hanging about)

Presuming you made your own marinade for the drumsticks and the sea bass, all looks good. I also presume that you "sweetened" your fat free(?) greek yoghurt with sweetener.

"Jerk" flavoured? I don't know what this is!

I too look at other people's shopping!
 
Topaz - runner beans for breakfast! That's the first time I've seen that! (Love them and am growing some here, but nothing yet!)

L - king prawns marinated with lime, chilli and coriander. Spinach leaves and cucumber.
D - beef strips dry fried with broccoli, pepper, mushroom and courgette
S - sugar free raspberry jelly

I'm only on my second week so if I eat something 'wrong' then can someone please let me know. Thanks. x
