B - Omelette with Turkey Rashers
S - Chocolate & Caramel Duffins
L - Chicken Breast
S - Muller 0% Fat Greek Yog (Allowed?)
D - Meatballs

All helped along with lots of water and a painful gym session :)
 
Oh that's nice, ex light laughing cow cheese...didn't know they were allowed. How many in a day? I love looking at peeps menus and getting ideas. Saska

I use one triangle only. I don't use them every day but I'd use them almost every second day.
 
Wednesday PV Day

B - Turkey & Onion Omelette
S - Hazelnut Gallette
L - Chicken Breast & Steamed Veg
S - Muller 0% Fat Greek Yog (Allowed?)
D - Chicken & Veg

45min Body Combat & 1 hour walking
At a gig tonight so does toe tapping count as exercise?

Thursday pv

B: 3 boiled eggs

Snack: tin of tuna chunks mixed with tomato purée

L: onion, mushroom, spring onion, cauliflower, broccoli and steak "stir fry" with tsp oil wiped off of pan again!

D: 2 packs breasola (straight from work to football) and the remainder of the stir fy if needed

Oat bran and sweetned quark and maybe bns chips if I can work them out?!
 
Friday PV Day

B - Mixed Pepper & Onion Omelette
S - Chocolate & Vanilla Duffins
L - Chicken Sausages with Roasted Butternut Squash
S - 0% Yoghurt with Stewed Rhubarb
D - Meatballs in arrabiata sauce w. Green Beans

1 Hour PT session & 1 hour walking
 
Thursday PV Day
B: 2 turkey sausages, 1 poached egg, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes
L: 2 slices of Dukan brown bread, 1 tina of tuna, tablespoon of extra light philly mixed with a tsp of tomato puree and topped with cucumber
D: Steak with butternut squash chips, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots with some Dijon mustard (for the steak)

Went to a Foodie event today. Had a buffalo burger. It tasted great. Low in fat but it will have had some carbs. Then had some hake!! but stayed away from all the other tastings. Bought home Kangeroo steaks to have for dinner! Also made the Attack recipe tuna quiche which we've had a slice of and apart from usual muffins made the Dukan bread recipe which is just cornflour egg and Total yoghurt. Didn't rise much but doesnt taste too bad! Will let you know what the Kangeroo is like.

B: Natural Yogurt with oatbran and waaaaaaay too much strawberry SF Jelly crystals

S: Turkey breast chunks

L: Chicken thighs and boiled egg

D: Dukan Quiche and either salmon fillet or roast chicken

Lots of water, tea, glass of Pepsi Max & 90 mins Zumba
 
Attack Phase - (day 2!)

B- Muller light small coconut yog with oatbran mixed in + coffee with sweetener & dash of skim milk

L- Packet of lean ham (nibbled throughout the day) & 1/2 pot of low fat cottage cheese + Diet Coke + 75cl water

D- Lean beef steak (trimmed & grilled) & poached egg with a smear of mustard + pint of iced water + 2x coffees with sweetener & dash of skim milk

What i actually had for dinner was steak and poached egg! Didnt have the boiled egg at lunch time either.

I swear ive had about 5 litres of fluid today as well

L: Packet of mini chicken fillets

D: Salmon fillet and Dukan Quiche

Attack Day 3!! Woo hoo last day already 4lbs down

B: Oatbran & yogurt with a sprinkle of jelly crystals

S: Crab sticks

L: Salmon fillet, if still hungry a chicken thigh

D: Roast chicken and Dukan Quiche (i like it alot!!)

90 Mins of Zumba today over two classes.

L - Chicken with Garlic & herbs, FF Yogurt
D - Chicken Sausages, turkey rashers and scrambled egg
S - SF Jelly

B: Bit of a disaster, made some 'Dukan' cereal but it was disgusting so just had milk & a cuppa :(

S: Crab Sticks

L: Chicken Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

D: Chilli with Roasted BNS
