B: raspberries 150 g

L: chicken breast "nuggets" with garlic and spices

D: peanut flavored galette, 0% yogurt, chicken breast perisoare, sugar free candies.
 
Done 2 PV days in a row, weekends too hard

B: Oatbran and yogurt, 2 boiled eggs

L: M&S snack pack corriander and garlic coated prawns (comes with chilli dip which I didnt eat!)

D: BBQ chicken kebab and pepper steak with salad

S: low cal jelly

A litre of soda water, 2 cups of tea and half a litre of water
 
Think im the only one who eats round here!!

PP day:

B: Oatbran and natural yogurt

S: 4 seafood sticks

L: mini chicken fillets, muller greek yogurt

D chicken stuffed with quark mixed with garlic and herbs and dukan quiche

Had at least 3 litres of water so far today!!
Walked 20 mins this morning, 10 at lunch and 35 after work

S: Packet of chicken fridge raiders (i know i know slap wrists)

L: Chicken salad with spinach

D: mousaka with spinach

Was having a hungry day and am fed up of crabsticks and fridge raiders were the only other thing i had at work

Cruise day 2:

L: chicken tikka salad, SF jelly pot

D: Roast chicken, gammon and beef with lots of veg. I had 2 small roast potatoes on my plate and I ate half of 1

P: Small bowl of mixed fruit

Think I did ok...open to comments!
 
Conso day 1

B: 3 rashers turkey bacon, 2 boiled eggs
(3 further rashers binned as I forgot them )

Snack: dukan porridge. One apple

L: 50-60g slice whole meal bread with 35-40g cheese (cathedral city low fat) and a venison burger (plus a further venison burger on its own)

D: stir fry (bean sprouts, lean mince, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, mushroom, spring onions)

Snacks: 2 sf jelly

Enjoying that I can cook for 2 days in a row! Although I'm worried about adding these items to my diet im only adding 200-250 cals. Because of this I won't weigh for 2-3 weeks, even a month just in case!

Ach I got fed up posting before in the menus as duplication of diary but need feedback on these!! Haha. I actually enjoyed brown bread for the first time ever!!

D: Thin peppered beef steaks and a poached egg

Lots of water but not much exercise :(
 
Conso day 3: pp

L: turkey steaks with a stock cube
Prawns with stock cube

Snack: dukan porridge with semi skimmed milk

Dinner: more turkey steaks with stock

Snacks: 3 sf jelly

1.5 l Pepsi max
2 black coffees with sweetner

Looking forward to an apple tomorrow! And decided starch meal Sunday so tomorrow is a normal conso day!
 
Conso day 6

B: Oatbran and yogurt

S: Dunno, maybe yogurt

L: King Prawn and chicken salad, Apple

D: Whole wheat Chicken pasta bake, with cheese allowance :D

Walked to work, will probably walk home and 45 mins of Body Attack this evening.
 
Conso day 4:

B: 3 boiled eggs

Snack: dukan porridge made with skimmed milk
Black coffee an sweetner
Apple

Lunch: turkey mince, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, baby mushrooms and shittake mushrooms.
2 sf jelly

Dinner: leftovers from lunch with a tomato purée, Dijon mustard, sweetner and vinegar sauce
Toast and cheese (40-60g bread ie one slice, 40 g ish of cheese (350g block divided into 10!))

Probably sf jelly later

Sweetned skimmed milk
2l Pepsi max
