Want to see if you agree with how I pointed harvester food-

Salad was 0pp
Potato salad tablespoon 2pp
Dressing (red devil 1 ladle- struggled with this) 2pp?
Half chicken 13pp
Medium Jacket (dint eat skin or have butter) 7pp
Some chorizo from OH skewer 2pp
Mini corn on cob 1
BBQ sauce 1pp

Was STUFFED- ate significantly less then I would have done 6 weeks ago! So that's good ;)

Bloody hell girl.thats well good.

And re harvester I have. O idea lol. Just trust ur instinct, x

Lol my meeting leader said it would happen every 7lbs!!!! That was 4!!!!!! Good old app for doing it automatically! :) how's it going? X

Worst 2 weeks of my life!!!!!

I ate loads yesterday! (only 45pp-40dailies 5 weeklies) but felt like an actual pig) I'm so miserable, everyone at work is super stressed as am! Ive got really late finishes- 14 hour day yesterday :( I'm struggling and going convenience over healthy and filling.... I know what I need to do, but I'm struggling to fit it all in. I know it'll be fine but god help me! I'm tired an the state I'm in, if I went to the docs they'd sign me off! For 6 weeks probably! :( I need a cuddle and a break!!!!! Too much to do!!!!!

Sorry to hear things are stressful right now,well done with staying within your points.don't beat yourself up over things Hun.Try and do something that relaxes you over the weekend if you can :0)

Hello! It's week 3!! Loving it! How about u?

I stop cd 3rd attempt last november..... Got to 17st7lbs. Put a lot back on- 1st2lbs to get back to that! Slowly but surely adjusting. I need to eat food- I don't think not eating is realistic for me! It was great-am not 21st any more and feeling much better so it was an amazing kickstart but unrealistic- im still in the habit of jumping on the scales every day and expecting a stone loss every week- as per my first week of cd all 3 times! It has set me up for a fall!!

Thinking marriage and kids but more importantly somewhere under all the flab is me! I'd quite like her back without the layers of protection I've bruit up following nasty events over the last 10years. I want to be back in control. This is helping! I *like* weightwatchers! Shocker hey!!

How about you? What's your journey been like? U off cd and on ww? Xxxxxxxx

Cd is hard. It's taught me a lot about my eating, as I was able to stand back and look at my emotions. I stopped last time in January my losses slowed too much and thought I could do it on my own so went back to sw. I love sw. I maintained for a while got peed off as was sticking to plan but not losing and ended up in binge zone. Jumped back onto cd before I spiralled in April. Losses slowed again so i did two weeks on step three and then moved across to ww this week. Not looking promising for a loss this week though sadly. But we will see. Whatever happens happens. Im happy with the food choices I've made and will put the rest down to an AWOL totm and transition periods.

Like you though i just want to sort myself out. I want healthy to be normal. For me and for my kids. I never had healthy normals growing up. It's the most important thing in the world to me that they do. I don't want them to feel about themselves how I have for the last ten years.

I have a diary, there's a link in my sig. It's more a ramble though lol x

Sorry hit send before I'd finished!! Never doing cd again. ESP now I live with my partner and he eats!!! :) we can do it this way I'm convinced I can!! X
