Okies,had to round some bits up but I went with 5pp to be on the safe side.

Quorn mince 500g
beef stock cube
Tomato purée
Mushrooms onion pepper garlic
Dolmios sauce
Dolmios lassange topping(used half jar,not brave enough to make my own) lol
6 lasagne sheets
Half fat cheese 60g
 
Hmmm hmmmm looks good daisy ! Be writing that recipe down!!

WW bagel with butter 5pp(Mmm loved this) WW yoghurt 1pp Curly Wurly 3pp WW marshmallow 1pp grapes 0pp=10pp

Exercise was dog walking

I had chicken kebabs on sticks & salad.. From aldi the kebabs are, will point them, think it's something like 6 for 4!! Really good. Love a good old curly wurly x

I love chicken kebabs. I put mushroom chicken peppers and cherry tomato on my kebabs! Yum
