Me too I'd love a tummy tuck one of my main worries after my section was that my cut/scar wasn't getting enough air but I'm healed quite nice xx

Glad you had a nice day yesterday. And your sundae, again, sounds lovely. I keep thinking about saving points for one but most of my points seem to go on savoury food. Maybe I should adopt your approach and try to just have fruit for breakfast... Unfortunately I am SO grumpy when I am hungry and get up really early for work so not sure my colleagues would appreciate me trying it ;) Do you find you are full after just fruit for breakfast? How long between breakfast and lunch is there generally for you? I tend to have breakfast before 7am and then lunch at 1pm. That would be a long time to wait for proper food!

Have you tried belvita biscuits? 6PP for 4, I have honey & oats & they keep you going until lunch. I have to eat every 3-4 hrs with snacks in between x

I haven't tried them although they sound nice. I generally have weetabix or shredded wheat for 5PP which does fine but sometimes it just seems it would be nice to save those points for later in the day by having a 0PP breakfast.

I used to have a grapefruit and then frozen fruit and yogurt a few hours later for 1pp or cereal bar for 2/3pp - now I'm on Ww porridge and golden syrup for 4pp...

Crusts away bread is 1pp so you could have fruit and a slice of bread/toast for very low pp?

We are here when you need a rant of cheering up daisy. We all care....it's strange how you can care about someone you have never met but honestly this site has been great and I say stuff on here no one else would really understand...and anyway rambling aside we all care about you daisy :) xxx

Thanks about my day and my sundae :0) I generally eat between 9 and 10 and lunch between 12 and 1 sometimes it's slightly different depending on what's happening that day.but yes I'm full,I've never been one for going hungry.I do plan on spreading my weeklies out for more food then sundaes.Just got to do it yet, though this is my first week of trying it!

I find fruit and yoghurt is fine if I know I won't have a long wait until lunch but when I started work at 7am I would have breakfast really early and always needed something more substantial or I would be starving! Could try it atomic but I suspect that with such a long gap between your breakfast and lunch you might be best sticking so something a bit more filling! X
