Sounds great so far. Having the free oil is lovely if you have become used to cooking without it and using frylight and such things. Some things are just so much nicer with a tsp of oil - like a homemade tomato sauce. And then there's making homemade pesto with your oil allowance and some basil or rocket. Very tasty. I tend to tweak things a little bit as I don't always use my full oil allowance on SF days so I take this to mean that I use a few sprays of proper spray oil on PP days without counting it.

Thanks,am excited to try something different to be honest,I wasn't bored with pp but to vary it seems a good idea,same as the exercise!maybe it will help me to be more adventurous with my cooking!I like frylight but some things definitely taste better or cook better in oil.Think tweaking is a must at time.
 
I keep thinking about doing it but like my snacks too much and just begrudge having to point them when I can have all my meals and my treats out of my daily allowance. I suppose as my points get smaller I might venture into doing it - but im also scared my portions will get huge again.

I still weighed my peas and potatoes tonight,I find it's worth it so I don't run out of food as quick either lol.My treats(apart from sundaes) are generally low points so am hoping using the weeklies for them will be ok,plus will still have pp days :0)
 
MIght give it a go after my holiday - will be running the freezer down before then so won't be too sf friendly! Let us know how you get on xx

Yea will be pp on days I can't sf as only have certain foods in right now.Yup will let you know for sure :0)
 
Update for food 24th June sunday(sf day)

Breakfast

Oats and a banana

Lunch

Bagel with butter 1pp apple and cherry tomatoes

Dinner

WW Irish beef stew with dumplings 4pp

Snacks

Yoghurt 1pp with grapes

Orange juice 3ap

6 weeklies used 37 left

Exercise was dog walking and day 2 out of 15 of mixing up the shred levels,level 2 done.

Glad your first day on SF went well. I have no idea how that plan works but might look into it once I've lost half the weight I want to. Xx

Yea there's a section about it on the threads.Have a nosey sometime Hun.Will be mixing and matching with it and pp but will see how it goes.
 
Oh have a nice time with ur friend. Will be interesting to see how u do with sf as it seems a good one to follow when near goal. Xx

Thanks Hun about my day.Yea sf would definitely be good to follow when near to goal.Plenty of freedom on it,so long as i'm sensible of course lol

Lol well that was my main concern as I do like my food but all ok so far :0) had a lovely time with my friend thanks :0)
