Oushhhh that ham chips egg and peas tea looks absolutely delish, I am certainly having that soon, not had it forever!!!

so daisy a SF question......... if i had wholewheat pasta with a tin of chopped tomatos, mushrooms and onions this would be free?! so i could have it cold for lunch like a pasta salad or hot for dinner?! xxx

Sounds like everything is going well and yummity yum yum to pizza wrap for teas. I really do recommend the microwave crisps - very easy, cheap and better for you.

I didn't have any crisps today,main reason had them yesterday was cos my friend was over for lunch and she was 'I'll have a packet if you're having one' plus I still want treats,but better ones is all good :0) enjoyed my pizza wraps,might add sweetcorn to it next time :0)

You said you like having crisps for snacks which is trickier with SF but have you tried making your own fat free crisps in the microwave? They obviously shouldn't be eaten in huge quantities but you can't make that many at a time which helps with portion control. You just very thinly slice a small potato (a mandolin is useful for this) and put on a dinner plate and spray with frylight or oil and sprinkle on some seasoning (I like smoked paprika) then microwave for 4-6 minutes until crispy (times depend on how thinly you slice the potato so keep checking after 4 minutes). The best thing about them is they are warm when you eat them!

I love homemade chips and wedges! I should have them more! But only really have time at weekends! As don't usually get in till 7ish! Then obviously the oven has to heat up etc!

Yea bit of a wait otherwise.Maybe do what IRC said and freeze some so no time wasted with having to peel any :0)

Would've put pineapple on it if had any and sweetcorn for sure next time,had cherry tomatoes(I know you're not a fan)lol mushrooms and ham.
