Daisy..:.im the queen of cheating! If the yogurts fat free I wouldn't point it! I also never pointed the bread/wraps etc that were same calories as ww ones. I think we just want sf people so buy their brand. I think I'm gonna go back to ww even if I lose weight this week! It just fits in with my life better! As it just suits my lifestyle better .

I think its only 0% natural yogurts that are free on SF isn't it?? Been a while since I've seen the list so can't be 100%..
But, IMO, if you'r only having a standard size (125g) one once a day r whatever you'd get away with not PP'ing it.. However if you're eating a whole 500g tub then maybe not.. lol

Here's to another good day today for you.. And a better day for me :D xx

Yea my wraps and bagels aren't WW but I don't feel guilty about those lol.I'll be honest,i'm glad you are coming back as like you say WW suits you better! I'm sure you will lose this week.Im not expecting much this wi as I've been a bit lazy with exercise and for me exercise and losing weight go hand in hand!

Morning :0) lol yup I enjoyed my random dinner! Yea i think it is the 0% natural yoghurts,but mine are muller light fat free,125g tub,lol at 500g think I'd pop if had one of those lol.Thanks about my day,am sure yours will be good as well :0)

Well from this thursday (new week) I'm gonna be on it, stick to plan, be a exercisaholic! I wanna get some inches down! Don't mind about weight loss now I'm healthy!

Yea once in the healthy zone I think it's down to personal choice.Alot of people seem to go by inch loss more then weight anyhow!

Hey Hun :0) thanks about my food :0) am running a bit low on supplies food wise till Friday but am still doing sf and enjoying it and yup am doing it every day right now :0)
 
I have never really understood the SF logic of with it only been 0% fat natural or greek yogurt that is free as there are lots of other yogurts with pretty identical calories and fat content. Also really surprised that they don't say that WW yogurts are free, it seems that's the approach they take with other products... WHEN (said with determination!) I actually start getting proper losses I suspect I might be a little "flexible" with my approach to pointing yogurts.

Yes I know what you mean about the yoghurts.I was surprised bout their yoghurts as well,they are the ones I normally have.Yup those losses will be coming off of you :0)
 
Tuesday 3rd July

Breakfast

Oats

Lunch

Ham,cherry tomatoes bagel/apple

Dinner

Jacket potato with soft cheese garlic and herb filling 2pp beetroot cherry tomatoes peas/sweetcorn

Snacks

Grapes yoghurt 2pp

4 weeklies used 22 left

Exercise was dog walking plus 32 minutes on exercise bike including 2 minute cool down,had forgotten how much I enjoy my exercise bike!
