Operation Fight the Fat!
I thought keeping a food diary on here might help me keep to plan... Any feedback is very welcome! 
Extra Easy Plan
Healthy extras: A = skimmed milk B = brown bread roll
Breakfast
Tea. No proper breakfast today... I stayed in bed too long
Lunch
Smoked salmon and prawns, with lettuce and seafood sauce. Little brown roll with flora. (2 syns)
Steak, jacket potato, peas, onions and mushrooms. Tomato ketchup. (2 syns)
Vanilla with dark chcolate Mullerlight.
Diet coke.
Dinner
Crispbread, philapelphia and ham (4.5 syns)
Celery and sour cream & chive dip (2 syns)
Diet coke
