I've only really lost 4lbs cause I put 1.5lbs on and lost it the week after but thank you.
I feel like I'm doing something wrong but hopefully next week will be better. :)

They are really yummy and easy to make!

I picked up the wrong Alpen bars, didn't get the light bars for healthy extra B so just had 6.5 syns on a bar. It was yummy though :)
