It was exactly what you said it was, a blip, it's gone now and you're still here and carrying on. We all do it, we're all human!! I was naughty yesterday. Had 2 cookies and 3 small brownie squares and then 3 cocktails after work. But back on plan today. You can do it hun, we all can!!! X

Yay I'm glad you're feeling positive. Keep it up!! I'm feeling ok-ish. I've had another week with a mix of good and bad days, haven't done any mid week weighing so I'm not sure where I'm at. We'll see on Monday!! Have a good weekend :)

I've been away for a couple of days, been really busy. I lost 0.5lbs on Monday. The day consisted of a massive binge :( ... but I'm on plan today....
