hi hun just wanted to say hi did u get over ur choccie craving i can't believe i've still not had any yet i seem to be eating less as a result of it, i haven't eaten much the last few days just milky coffee and did try some soup today am too bunged up to taste anything hope ur doing ok love val xxx

Hi hun I'm ok I guess. As you can tell from my diary I've not had a great week. I went out a couple of times so have only had a couple of good days and towards the end of the week I am feeling so stressed with the amount of work I have to do for my Masters that I'm struggling to focus on SW. I only need to get 0.5lbs on Monday to get my 1 stone award but I'm not sure I'll even get that, I could be facing a gain. :cry:

Thank you!! I really couldn't believe it, I was expecting a gain because I'd had 2 or 3 naughty days. But it was a nice surprise. My next target is club 10, 1.5lbs to go for that. Hope you're doing ok xx
