hi hun i lost 1lb this week didn't really know what i would do as i hadn't eaten much the first 3 days this is over 2 weeks cause i sts last week but am still happy i'm in the 12stones mark now and haven't been here for about 5 years so it's going in the right direction, have a good weekend love val x

Hi Val, well done on your loss! I WI in the morning, hoping for a 1lb loss but would be happy with STS because I've not been 100% this week. I even had a naughty slice of pizza last night. :sigh: I'm almost at 11 and a half stone and 3.5lbs away from my 1 stone award with SW. I can't remember when I weighed this much, even before I started uni so I'm pleased. We just have to keep going now! Fingers crossed for a good week x
