I have 3 stone left to lose, I've recently lost 18lb doing a combination of my fitness pal & weightwatchers, but have decided to give slim fast a go to lose the rest.

Start weight on slim fast is 13st 0lb

I'll be getting weighed every Monday morning :)

Hopefully I'll have some friends on here & not be talking to myself lol

Will update each day on my progress, good luck everyone xx
 
Monday 23rd july

Breakfast - strawberry shake

Dinner - funsize apple

Tea - jordans tropical fruit granola / semi skim milk, bowl of tuna salad.
 
Hi lushlash. I've started today and will also be weighing on a Monday . Good luck. Also do you not eat your snacks? X
 
I'm starting again today but I wi on a Friday. I'm on my fitness pal too its great. Hope you don't mind me following your journey x

Tuesday 24th July

Breakfast - jordans crunchy muesli

Dinner - strawberry slim fast shake & 2 pieces of crumbed ham

Tea - boiled new potatoes with salad & low fat grated cheese, low fat Mayo, banana.
 
In total yesterday I only ate 650 calories that's including my shake :eek: I didn't feel hungry either.

but today I've had 900 calories in total & I'm starving! x
